About the stamp, whenever you send letters to out of state. the price are the same, right?

^ That's what I thought. The U.S. Postal Service just recently raised the stamp price by 2 cents.

I use the business reply mail no stamp needed but for stamos it's 47c I think

It should be the same rate throughout the US, no matter where you send the letter. At least that's what I thought. =x

39 cents is what I pay for stamps.

I was so off. I really don't know. I overheard my dad talking about stamps when he got back from work in the Post Office and I heard 47 cents somewhere >.< I really don't pay attention to the price.
