marquee in a div layout

i`m making a div layout&i tried putting a marquee w. image links. but, a purple rectangle shows up. &i don`t know how to get rid of it. it looks fine when its not a link though. are there any marquee codes that are compatible w. div`s&links?

its on private. but, heres a screenshot.
that purple box shows up instead of the pictures. &the code works fine on normal layouts.

What browser are you using? Do you mean the blue myspace box on top? And you don't see this:

i use internet explorer. hmm. so i guess it works on whatever browser you have. but, theres that blue box on top for yours. haha.

Yea , I guess, its weird. Not much more I can suggest , thers nothing in your code hiding marquees. I use Safari, the mac browser, you should also check in Firefox.

To get rid of the blue, it would be:
<style type="text/css">
table, tr, td{ background-color:transparent;}
</style.
