how do you outline a brush exactly like this? FOR PHOTOSHOP.
![]() ALSO: ![]() how do you make it look like 3-d? exactly how this person made it? and to go along with this, what font is it? |

To outline something, go to the blending options (by right-clicking on the layer and going on from there) for that layer and click 'Stroke' (it should be last on the list). Choose your width, position ('outside' should be fine), and a color/gradient/pattern.
There are different ways to make something 3D, but from that image, it looks as though the 'Inner Glow' feature was used; it is also on the list of blending options. Choose the color, blend mode, and opacity to your liking. You can see the different forms by choosing a different contour under the Quality section. |

AND for the outer glow OF THE TEXT, in the pic i posted, did the person use white? AND WHATS THE FONT IF ANYONE KNOWS. |

Blob/scribbles? That's probably because the brush is grunge-like or has other slightly unseen parts to the brush.
