i think it would be neat to have like a member of the day type thing
who ever stuck out the most and was most considerate gets it.

I don't know what exactly you get to win or anything
but i think it would be nice

or member of the week.


and then perhaps 4 people in the end will go for the member of the month.

so its not so much popularity base. and whos liked more i think.

I think Member of the week would be easier to maintain.
Im neutral about this, it sounds like a good idea, but we have a MOTM.. so yeah Im neutral.

their allowed on this site. The ones that actually really work deserve something as well I think. I don't know what exactly though.

But, i think that ___ of the week is a bit too much. Monthly is alright, but if it's weekly, it gets too much.

haha, I don't know... I mean, I think that a monthly thing is fine. I like hollies idea where 1 person is take each week and then 1 of the 4 out of that month is nominated for member of the month. It would make memer of the month much more simple

No I didn't mean it that way. Sorry if it came off that way.

I simply meant that there seems to be a higher majority of people that agree with Kathleen's statemeant.

So in other words I don't think there is much of a point in this topic because then nothings going to be changed.

I do see the point that the staff member of the month and member of the month is fine like it is.
