Umm, I've seen people ask how to make dotted lines.
And everybody said "pen tool" Umm ... is that it?? Just draw and there, A DOTTED LINE?? Sorry lol I don't know how it works. |

in photoshop, you use styles.
as for psp, i dunno. i've heard this question alot, maybe someone should write a tutorial. |

 its a thumbnail... thats what i do. i think it's also to possible to do it with the line tool... but i'm sure kristinaa's got you covered. |

Sorry, this is the first time
that I've ever asked about dotted lines. You know, a lot of people been asking about them maybe that's why you probably think that. I just have no darn clue so .. that's why I'm asking.
