i havent gotten my period yet... im like late by a week and im afraid im pregnant.. ima take the test but what are the signs of gettin your period....

pregnancy isnt the only thing that stalls youre period.
changing your diet and exercising when you havent been can also disrupt your cycle. i just started working out for cheer and i skipped. i've also skipped because of stress, it was around finals time. |

Rarely do I ever get cramps. I only got 'em twice, but even so, they hurt a hella' lot. It effing sucked.
 Usually I just get minor mood swings and cravings. |

i start craving for candy and chocolate.
or i get major cramps that hurts real bad. but like what RCcola said, getting pregnant isn't the only way to miss your period |

The only way you could be pregnant is if you had sex. If you didn't then I don't really think you have anything to worry about. I've had cramps and mood swings but I was on time with my period so... I don't think those are the signs. I think it's when you have to use the bathroom constantly even just to pee... yup, that's one sign.

Well the only way you could be pregnant is if you've of course had sex.
You sound like you don't know how your period is, does it always come at the same time? Sports, eating habits changing and stress could all be things that will make you be late or something,. |

i get mood swings and sometimes cramps the day before but my lower back always starts to hurt a day or two before..that the only way i ever know
