cover titles?, pleaase help Options

on my myspace i just covered my blogs and extended network.
now i have 2 questions.

1. is there an *effective* way to move up my about me section so theres no space? i know this is a script but that never works for me.

2. is there a way i can get rid of the text that says "about me" and "who i'd like to meet"? or just hide it in some way?

i tried it but it messed up my navigation bar :(

it has like top:##px;

change the number to something less.

nope that didnt work.

is it because i have a custom navigation bar?

because even if i put it at -60 or w/e the navigation bar is still like right in the middle of it

perhaps
take out the code for your custom navigation bar
and then put in that code
and see if it works
