Anyone know where/how I can make a backup saving of my bookmarks on Firefox? I found the bookmarks folder, but it doesn't give me my sites I bookmarked.

On Windows 2000 and above, the bookmarks are stored at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\bookmarks.html. Copy that and you're good to go.

I opened the document and it doesn't include my bookmarks; instead it's a help guide

That's where Firefox stores its bookmarks file. Are you sure you are looking at that path?

there are extensions that will allow you to back up your bookmarks and other things, like extensions.

some will do it for you automatically, etc.

^ Do you know where I could access those backups?

Mipadi: Well come to think of it, I only found a profile folder under the defaults folder.
