just wondering how you guys are about eating junk food, do guys feel guilty about it regarding your weight or do you not feel guilty because you know you'll exercise after to work it off, or what?
my mom always asks me if i feel guilty after or would be like "oh i'd feel too guilty to eat that" but i never feel guilty about eating junk food, lol i love it too much to feel guilty. i dont exercise either, i think it's just my metabolism that lets me get away with it. what about you guys?
