for me it didnt but he was pretty much the perfect size so that pain and pleasure was equal...then again that doesnt sound to convincing but w/e....if hes too big though then duh its gonna hurt

it depends. well, if your "cherry has been popped" that may increase pain.
some say that if you've used tampons, or have been fingered, it won't hurt as much.
but really, tampons, and fingers don't compare to the size a penis.. right?

yeahhhh. but it depends on if you tore already.
and if you aren't, some people don't find it painful.
