blah I get asked if I have OCD a lot of times. But I'm honestly not, I'm just a clean freak. I was at the doctors office once and I was looking at this messy stack of magazines and I stared at them for a few seconds and stared at everyone else in the waiting room and then looked at the magazines again and then got up and started walking around to avoid them and then I sat back down I grabbed all the magazines and put them in my lap and in the chairs next to me. And then I organized all of them by titles and what subject they went under.

And for a nice touch I put parenting and "women" magazines at the end so they were the first ones you saw.

Yeah, I put just about everything I can in alphabetical order. Crayons and markers go back in the box the SAME way they were when I bought them too.

All papers that I fold, have to be like symmetrical or I'm not satisfied. And with crayons, whenever I use a crayon, it has to go back where it back from in the box, like in the same order as when i first get it.

I'm doing any kind of art, and it looks finished, I won't stop. I'd keep adding more and more, just for the sake of drawing (or whatever I'm doing). It usually messes everything up though.

I would always have to double check all the locks in my house before I went to bed when I was younger. I used to be afraid that someone would break in and kill my dog or something and then I would blame myself for not double checking everything. I kind of guilted myself into it. But I kind of forget about it now, since I'm older and can't as easily guilt myself into doing things like that.

I have a HUGE colletioon of fashion magazines, (I mean HUGE!! Like hundreds of fashion magazines...), and I organize them by the title of the magazine, like, Vogue or Elle, etc., and then I organize them by date.

It takes a while..

Oh! And I used to always HAVE to use this special red pen to write with - if it wasn't the correct brand and kind, I couldn't write. It was kinda stupid...pinch.gif

On a similar note, I'm constantly wondering if my underwear has started peeking out the back of my pants. If I sit down, kneel, bend over, whatever, I've got a hand back there to make sure everything's okay. Really, I don't even like skin to be showing (that little bit of skin underneath your shirt and right over your pants) so at school I'll bring a sweater just so I can wrap it around my waist during class.

Other than that, I'm pretty much the most laid-back person. I don't really get picky or paranoid about anything.

I ALPHABETIZE EVERYTHING, TOO. My friends think I'm such a dork for doing so.

My dad goes and checks everything at least five times before he leaves.
he unplaugs EVERYTHING that is plugged in, from alarm clocks, phone chargers, computers, and jsut everything. then he'll go around the whole house moving everything at least 1 foot away from EVERY electrial socket.

waiting for him to get ready for vacation is miserable.

I tend to do something like that.

If someone has a box of markers, colored pencils, gel pens, crayons etc. spread out across a table or something I get the strongest urge to organize them into order, rainbow style.

During freshman year there was a guy who was sitting behind me in my biology class and we were making sketches and diagrams of parts of a flower and I couldn't help but turn around and re-organize them in a nice little neat row of pretty colors. Then I faced forward as if nothing happened.

I never really talked to the guy until that day. laugh.gif

I have to make sure that in my schoolbag, my binders are arranged in a certain way.

I once color coded my T-shirts and of course, my sister jumbled everything around. I always tried to keep it that way but seeing as it never works, i've stopped caring.
