Its nice.
I like the way you did the text. BUt I think you could have found a better picture with better quality.

The spotted/splotchy brush does absolutely nothing for this picture (which is not great quality to start with)
And the what you did to the text doesnt fit either, she doesn't look cold to me, and it's not snowing.... or windy (which is what that filter looks best with) ... um did you even do anything else to the picture? |

^ I agree. The brushes can use some work, they don't fit and it makes the image look like its really bad quality. I don't like how the font style is much either. If it was blurred or whatever a little it would look a little better I guess.
