I have this layout for my photo journalism pictures, but i don't know how to get the text to flow under the top film strips at the top while the rest which is the background fixed. Any way for this to be done? I've seen this done somewhere ... just don't know where XD

Use divs. Use one to position the film strip stuff where you want it. Then another to position the text where you want.
