I was wondering...
Does anyone keep a journal? You know, like a diary? I don't mean and online blog or anything. I mean paper and a pencil. Remember those? Haha. I recently found my old journal that I kept from ages 6-14. I had a lot of fun reading it, so I decided to start writing in it again because I'm about to turn 18 and I think I'll be interesting to look back on all this stuff that's goin' on when I'm older haha. And I'll have somethin' to show my kids. So yeah, do you? |

I have journals from like years ago, and I love to read them.
I keep wanting to start another journal but I need to get an actual journal.

I have journals from a couple of years ago, but as of now, I don't write in them. But i have a xanga that I never told anyone about, and I use it as a diary. When I have something on my mind but I don't wanna tell anyone else, I just write it as an entry and set it on private.

I wrote in one for like a year and it was usually "i watched tv today but i forget the name of it" when i was like 7. I occasionally update it with all the highlights of my life every year or two.. or three.

haha, i write in my journal like.. every 4 months or so when i'm bored and/or cleaning my room.
i would NEVER show my journal to my kids 'cause it's got a lot of curses in it and stuff. maybe when they're like 18 or something. i always steal my sister's journals and read it. it's fun. and her yearbook/autograph book too. good thing she's not coming back for like a year.. |

Yes indeed. I've had one since I was in the fifth grade. Back then, I would only update once every month or few months, but starting seventh grade, I wrote almost every day and now I have six journals I believe. I still have one and now it's almost necessary for me to write every night. Not really sure why, it's just become habit. And it's just SO great to look back and see what has all happened in my life. I know it will be so much fun to look back on them when I'm older :]

When I was younger I used to keep a journal.. most of the pages were filled with drawings or photographs. I havent kept a journal for a long time but Im planning on starting one this fall when Is start the 405th chapter of my life- COLLEGE lols

^ Dude. You have no idea. I should fetch my journal and type up the passages in there about cB. I RECORDED ALL THE DRAMA. Like no lie. I'd report to it about who got demoted/promoted.. even as far as the Trish drama.. when people would spam or whatnot. It's hilarious. I KID YOU NOT. I'm fcuking obsessed with this place.

When I was cleaning my room out last week, I found this journal I kept back in grade 3. I wasn't even a journal, it was like a couple of pages of crap. It was cute though, I was laughing at the words I spelled wrong. Then I was reading my little "hate" & "like" list
 . I wrote comments about everyone in my class & reading it made me laugh. Gosh, memories.Anyways, I don't keep a journal or diary in pen & paper. But I do have a blog & I update it sometimes. Except no one on cB or anyone in real life knows about it . It's like my "secret" xanga  . Good luck finding it  .

I never was able to keep a journal for more then a few pages. I'd write in it and get bored. But now I actually have a diary that I write in everyday. Sometimes twice or 3 times a day. I love it because I write in my diary what I can't talk to anyone else about. It's like therapy.

not ONLY do i have an online journal, but an actualy journal as well. they're two completely different styles though i guess since one's private and one's not. but it is very interesting to look back at how stupid you were or whatever (:

I have like a million journals. But I always stop writing in them because they are so boring
 . I need to start another journal.. but this time I need to write in it and never stop. My Mom likes to keep my old journals. She says, "When you grow up.. you'll like to look at your old journals to look at your childhood." True that.
