How do you make the center area where the blog is scroll?

Could you show us an example of what you mean? Where do you want it to scroll, and what direction do you want it to scroll?

Ex.) Each blog has it's own scrol bar on the right and scrolls down ward only.

hmmm. I did it be4 on one of my old xanga layouts where I put it in the custom header place so it was much easier.
But I geuss this will do for now
