I'm in England right now and the legal age is 18. I think that's about right. What do you think?

Even though the age when you turn into an adult is 18, I think the legal drinking age should be 21, because most people aren't really mature, even by 18.

In my opinion, it should be around 18 or so. 16 is too young, and 21 is too long.

16.. that way drinking parties won't be as badass as having illegal drinking parties

if you really insist on lowering it, 18, when the parents can't be responsible for accidents.
i'm a no-alcohol/drugs sort of person. i'm only 15, but i got drunk once (by accident, because i'm small and have no tolerance) and the hangover sucked beyond words. regardless of how exaggerated the stories are about drunk parents and drunk drivers, things like that aren't so uncommon. |

I think 18 would be the right age
