What do you guys think of Hot Topic? Options

So what do you guys think? I've been in there like what 4 times...i bought like 2 tees and eyeliner there lol. But the salespeople...kinda..err...scare mee. lol

they scare you? aww, they're actually nice people.

haha, one time, me and my friend went there, i was looking for a shirt near the ground (cuz you know... they put the shirts along the lower wall racks... well at least at the one by my house) so i was like squatting down on the ground... and this guy comes over really close to me with a ladder, and slams it down on the ground, because he has to get something way high up... and he was like, "did i scare yah?" and i was like, "yeah" because hey... i wasn't expecting anyone to come up and pound something on the ground right next to me... and he was like, "haha, i meant to... hah, no, i'm kidding" lol... that guy's cool. his favorite song by taking back sunday is, "you are so last summer"

that guy's perdy cool. i wouldn't mind working there... I have... let's see... 5 shirts there? but one of 'em got wrecked :[ lol, my brother has seven. definately my favorite store.

and the people? hell, i'm probably gonna end up working there and marrying one of the dudes... man i love the people at hot topic. i don't see what's sooooo scary about them! Haha, my mom bought a t-shirt for my dad from Hot Topic... it was a Beatles Shirt :]

but the bottom line...

I LOVE HOT TOPIC!! :]

Its ok. My godsister used to work there. Its not my favorite store, but I go there a lot. I got my cat shoes there, hair dyes, some anime stuff, shirts, Invader Zim bag, and pins there.

and I hate hate hate how Hot Topic will like one certain band and ends up selling everything of theres
for example: Greenday
they have bags, hats, shirts [obv.], I think action figures, and anything else you can think of

THANK YOU. It disgusts me how scared some of you people easily get. The people that work at these stores are JUST LIKE YOU AND ME. My God. You guys act like they're from another planet. Okay. Although I'll admit there are nice people at Hot Topic, all I'm going to say is that I really don't like it.

I like Hot Topic for the underwear and stockings (although we have a lot of the same kind of stuff for cheaper where I work), otherwise it's not really my style. *shrug* The people that work/shop there are usually pretty cool, and they're generally the same kinds of customers we get at our store.

The store itself is fun and interesting. It's different from alot stores that you would see. I like Hot Topic, but it's not like a main store for me to shop in. They have cool band tee's and shirts with sayings on them =D. I only have like some sleeveless sweater from there.

I've been in hot topic before, but I never really found things to my liking. The people are really nice though and it's not really as scary as everyone thinks.

Last time I went into Hot Topic people (like the staff) stared at me for a few seconds.. and then went back to work. Creepy welcome don't you think? It's not like a, "Helloooo and welcome to Hot Topicccc" welcome that's for sure. >_< But, I do enjoy Hot Topic (: I love the store.

i went in once, and i didn`t really like it. i`m used to brightly colored stores with like peppy music *call me weird.. but yeah*. some of the clothes were okay *i think i saw some happy bunny merchandise there* and that was good. but other than that, it`s just okay.

it's a pretty awesome store. they have good CDs :) and band tshirts too :)

the hot topic in Queens Center is scary. the one in Roosevelt Mall is ok.
i guess it depends on which mall you go to.

I just like to go there for their stockings, ties and sometimes pins. I like some of their flats too. But most of the stuff they sell isn't my style.

i've only bought things from there for my friends... it's not my style really. most of the stuff's either too dark, too 'loud', too sloppy looking or just weird. but at least the ones i've been in i didn't feel awkward like i expected

I go in there quite a lot, I have a unhealthy obsession with GIR.
Its been with me for a very long time.

But I use to shop at hot topic a lot for like clothes and stuff and I use to get Vans there as well.

I get pins/stickers/patches there too

And belts.

It's alright I like the corsets but Charolette Russe's corsets are better.
I usually go to Hot Topic for shoes, belts, band t-shirts and fairy-like things. That sounds like a lot like obsession but not really since I've found Delia's But you have to admit Hot Topic is the best for band logos and t-shirts
I don't understand why would be scared of it? Heheheh unless they're afraid of Tim Burton or something. Now wait, are you guys afraid of the store or of the people who shop there? cause that kind of stuff annoys me.
