actually crunches really does nothing for you unless you are in perfect shape or something. i heard that the only way to loose them is by dieting and doing cardio workouts. don't do sit-ups because they will build muscle which will just make your stomach and "love handles" looks bigger cause the muscle builds up underneath the fat. so i don't know i have the same problamo <3

^i agree with the person above well the 2nd above me haha, sometimes crunches will just make it worse, but tone it down. But uhm i heard if you wear those corsette things while you excercise, it should SORT OF "remove" love handles! but i mean that would be uncomfortable, just do alot of cardio workouts that make you sweat and drink fat-burning shakes...if possible. In addition, working out your obleeks [sp?!] helps too. but im not 100% sure.. i just heard around the gym haha

I have had them for a loooong time too and I don't know how to get rid of them either. It is like the only place on my body that has any fat

I know the answer to this.
The only way you will get rid of "love handles", aka fat on the sides of your stomach, is mostly through diet. you need to lose weight in order to get rid of them. THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO EXERCISE AND "SPOT-REDUCE" FAT OFF YOUR STOMACH. once you lose the fat, you can then do crunches and abdominal exercises to help tone it more. but you can't "exercise it off" with crunches. but running can help you lose fat. good luck! |

thanks that does help! i'm guessing that if your stomach gets flatter.. then your love handles will like.. come back into your stomach? and then yeah? haha that sounds funny but you know what i mean? |
