Because most people say class of '10 sounds weird without the 0. So I'm adding an 0 to go with the whole, ('01, '02, '03..you know what's been going on for the past 6 years, ya dig?) Class of Eleven sounds weird to me.

I agree, class of '10 makes it seem like only 10 people are graduating.

You're only a senior?! Wow, for some reason I thought you were older than me.
(Well, you probably are older than me because I'm not even 17 yet, but I mean older than that)

Eh. What's the big deal? So you finish high school. Nobody cares about high school (ok, ok, I'm sure people do, but some don't). Especially if you go to university/college after.

^That's the point, for me. I don't care about high school, so getting out is actually a really appealing concept.

As far as senior year itself goes, I don't care. Mine won't be easy. It likely won't be dramatically different than any other year, but after that actually will.

Julia, you're '09?! I had no idea... mellow.gif

HOORAY for senior year [: it's about damned time. I remember when I was in kindergarten and I dreamt about when I would finally be a senior in high school going to parties every night and dating lots of guys, because it seemed like the "old, cool" thing to do. Hahaha.... right.

blink.gif What did you think I was? o.o

I've always said '10 as Class of 2010 (twenty-ten).

hahaha. yep... well, i was actually born 1988, so i'm supposed to be a freshman in college, but this is what happened -- i moved to the philippines after kindergarten, but i didn't go back to school until the year after (school starts in june there, but i got there around august, so i would've missed a lot).

i took that year off to learn the language & stuff. once i finally started first grade, i was actually the same age as everyone else there because they start a year later than us, but end 2 years earlier than us (after 6th grade is high school).

yeah, so, i came back to new york after first grade. the end :D
