Salutations ,Im pretty sure everyone has done this, take a minute to count your pulse rate and post the number of times your heat beats in a minute here.

I just counted and it was

It used to be like between 50 and 55 when I excercised. Brachycardia wow.

It's 64 right now. Last year, I remember checking it and it being in the 80s and nearly 100s when resting. It gets as low as 40-something sometimes, though.
