Hello.
I'm trying to have two different styles of link coding on my profile, but I can't quite figure it out. I would like for my hand-coded navigation bar (hid default, added own) to have one link style and then the rest of my page another. Can you help me code that? Thanks. p.s. I'm using DIV Overlay. |

the nav bar code bgins with a.navbar so just find that and change the properties.
then the friends/comments is the a.redlink do the same. defult links are a:link and start with a and then have like a:hover. is that what you meant? |

For your own navigation bar, since you aren't using the default, you'd just add a new line in your CSS that looks sort of like this:
CODE a.nav { font-color; ######; etc...; } for hover it would be: CODE a.nav:hover { } You get the idea. Then your links in the navigation would look like this: CODE <a href="URL" class="nav">link</a>

AH-HA!
I was doing the linking wrong—putting the class in a div instead of at the end of the link. Thank you oh-so-very much. |
