The brown border? Are you sure its a brush?
I think if you make the icon first right? Then while the bg is still transparent (meaning no brown) you make the edges curved. Then ater you curve them you fill the background brown. |

^ for some reason when i do that tutorial it looks wrong and doesn't turn out how they have it on there

Personally, I think if you make a brush like that, its not going to work in all cases. It might but I don't think so. I think you just need practice.

-thinks- It's a custom shape. At least in Elements there's a custom shape called rounded rectagle (in PSP, it's a selection type) which you can group your base image to.
Then you can create a new layer and flood fill it with watever colour suits you. Paper Pieces has a brush you can use like that too, I suppose. |
