I don't really like those pictures of her, but the blending looks wonderful. I also agree with xbabyboo, the text could stand out a bit more although it looks okay as is.

 Maybe you should add more splats of paint like the one in the corner *shrug* but the words really annoy me  Nevertheless, great job on the banner
