Not sure if this has been answered but anyone know how to do this in both psp9 and ps?

You see how the inside of the text is transparent so the brushes on the banner show ?

It's just the fill thingie. Change the Fill, rather than the opacity to 0, and then add a stroke.

Well, for Photoshop (YES I know PSP, but they're similar and I know photoshop) we have this:



Just change it to 0 and add a stroke
