I just left there the third week in July. I've been there twice. cool.gif biggrin.gif I would suggest going to 125th Street and shopping all down there. They have good prices. Also go to Chinatown and there are some really good bargains. And last but not least go to the Manhattan Garment District. Nice clothes are in just about every store in those areas. I can't wait to go again and again.

Be sure to check out stores/boutiques in the village, as well as H&M (really really cheap stuff there). You should also walk around chinatown (i swear, theyr'e always updated on the latest trends for accessories).

1) Chinatown - you said you love tshirts riite? take either the Q or R? train to Canal. when you get off, take a look around. you should be between like Lafayette (sp?) and something. just kept walking straight down. this street has like everything! perfume, sunglasses, shirts, purses...etc.

2) Soho - awesome place with lots of designer shops. a little expensive but lots of choices. Noho is the same. YELLOW RAT BASTARD!

3) Antique Orange is near Chinatown and a few blocks near my school. designer names for a bargain. actually most shops are like that all over the place.

4) 34th/Herald Square/Manhattan Mall - Oasis + Aeropostale at Manhattan Mall. Clinquers is a store across from Macy's. Lots of cheap clothing.

... i have a small shopping problem. haha. hope you enjoy your stay.

Oh yeah, I forgot, if you're into tennis shoes, go to the BAPE store on Greene Street. They sell those pricey Nike-inspired shoes that Pharrell wears. I swear I'm going to buy a pair when I get up there in a few weeks.
