i need help ppl!!!!!!! ok..i visited the doctor a few days ago and he told mee that i only have a few more years to grow...so he told me to exercise...and i need help ppl!!!!! i dont noe wt kind of exercise will help mee grow taller...so wt kind of exercises would u guys say would help mee???? dont say go to the gym....cuz i dont go to the gym...and i dont have any weights @ home...so...

and also wt kind of exercise would esp help mee on my thighs and my tummy...

Why not just jog around your neighborhood? Sit ups for your stomach and for your love handles.

and about the growing taller part--There rly is no exercise that could make you taller...spet mabe butterfly stretches lol jk.

Do Pilates, appearently it is suppose to length you & it also tone your body & jog for like 30 minutes or so every other day.

sit ups and crunches for your stomach

Try doing yoga or learn how to swim.

They don't lengthen you, they give you better posture

But you are going to have to go out and buy some weights if you actually want results.
