I need help with fixing a layout |

I used this layout: http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=2983 and I've been trying to make the image come into the center but nothing is working. In the html, I can't find anyway to fix it and there's absolutely no place on this layout where I have my username as the maker says. Please help me out.

I did that; it's centered and at 100 percent. Nothing's happening, still.
