Peter has an unicorn.
 I was sort of jealous. Who else was pissed in the battle scene where Peter's unicorn gets a arrow in it? I want a white horse so I can tape a horn on it. Have you ever wanted a unicorn? |

Hippogriff's are from Harry Potter.
I forget exactly what they are. Like a combination of a Hippo and Girraffe or Eagle or something. |

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. :) They're also proud creatures, but you can ride them. They're easily offended. Very useful when it comes to scaring away werewolves.
Edit\\ I think it's an eagle and a horse. Not entirely sure. |

Yeah, a hippogriff has the back body of a horse, and the front body of an eagle.
HIPPOGRIFF!! I'd want a dragon..

Oh, god. I had such an obsession with unicorns when I was little... posters, stickers, toys, The Last Unicorn video tape... everything. I would make wishes at night that I would wake up to a unicorn in my room. I was a loser.

i would like to note that other than the blast ended skewrts and the dementors, i don't think harry potter has made up any mythical creatures.
i mean, there's a few, i think, but like, hippogryphs, chimeras? yea... not invented by harry potter. |

I mean I remember that movie Excalibur the animaed one (no not sword in the stone) with the love romance between a blind dude and a daughter of a knight who's on an adventure to bring excalibur back to King Arthur... and there was a hippogriff helping the dude out.. and that movie was made back when I was 5... and HP was made when I was in 4th grade |
