On Veronica Mars, (also a TV14 show) Logan Echolls started licking his girlfriend in her "down there" area... What he's talking about IS PG-13, if you're going along with the same ratings that TV/Movies have. |

 i remembered when i was 12, the funnest thing was to ride my bike around. hahaha but my first girlfriend i ever had was 14, that only lasted for about 2 hours tho?
