NEEDS HELP WITH HEADLINE!!!, im struggling with this Options

ok so
im making a layout site and i want my headline to look like this

but i dont know what shes using

^^That part of the code moves your display name around on your page.Lowers it,moves to left and right.You just have to alter 50px and 150px to your liking.Where it says "font-family:Sylfaen" you can change that to another type of font family.(It changes your display names font) and of course you can change the fonts size in the first section I gave you.

This part changes the size of the font for "Age,location,etc."

I took out the middle of this code because it didn't appear to serve any purpose.So if it doesn't look quite right mention it to me because maybe it was there for a reason.
