lets talk about us soccer

i think the key to success is for young talents like adu to play in europe. the MLS is ineffective for player development, there is no possible way to recreate the pressure situations and frenzy that happens in europe - hell, MLS games average what? 4000 fans a game?

bruce arenas has to go. tired of dude with his dumbass expression on the sideline making stupid substitutions and coming to games unprepared. we need to import a foriegn coach a la korea or ghana. now granted, i don't know much about the technicalities of soccer but if something isn't working, or is just non existant .... like the us offense ... then i think we have to start from the top down, and bruce arenas is at the top

no, we need to start from the bottom up.

the main problem with soccer is a lack of youth.

we need good youth leagues, nationwide. Soccer needs to become a highly watched college sport.

basically, soccer needs to eclipse football.

then we can dominate.

^ I'm torn between supporting Sweden and Germany. I really can't decide.

Argentina will win, hands down. But I don't think that Mexico will go without a fight...and then again, it depends on how well Argentina is playing today.

GO ARGENTINA!!!

talking about bad referees, you have to watch the replay of Croatia vs Australia, most hilarious game in the world cup so far. This guy got 3 yellow cards before he got a red..... GUINESS WORLD RECORD!!!

ARGH! France got passed!!! Common Togo you gotta do better than that!!!

Yay at least my dream match is step by step approaching!

South American War: Argentina vs Brazil

Mexico vs Argentina next...

We all know who's the favorite here...BUT Mexico WILL NOT go down easy (if they go down at all). Mexico has played Argentina many times, and those recent times, the games have been REALLY close. I expect atleast a tie at the end of the 90 mins.

What's unique about us is that Mexico play at the opponent's level. If our opponent is a low-ranked team, we lower oursleves down to their level, if it's a high-ranked team (Argentina...), we play at their level. So don't expect a slaughter from Argentina here folks..

Supporting Mexico ALL THE WAY!
