She won't win, because she's not allowed to be on myspace unless she's 16. She's clearly not.

Therefore, it is she who was breaking the law, and she can't say anything about myspace because she isn't supposed to be on it.

this whole thing reminds me of the lady who sued mcdonalds because well, GASP, her coffee was HOT and burned her tounge. although it does say "caution: contents may be hot" or w/e all around the cup, she won.
