div box/ video player problem... Options

OK, so I want my site to look like [this] but with a video player...but when I put in the code for a video player, I get [this]. Both sites are mine.

You can't. The videoes you find are all going to be too big. Therefore, it'll stretch your box.
Basically, find smaller videos. Or figure out the exact size for it to fit.

I had a mini video player on one of my old sites and it worked fine without stretching everything out.
