I already know what most people are going to say it 'It's to bright...' >_>...the graphic must go with the title/text, its supposed to be bright because of the Shine part in the title xD!:

I love the colors. It's just the text I don't like. I'm not to fond of the way the font is cut-off.

I think its a great theme.I think you should have chosen another font though but it looks lovely.
