What do you do when you are hungry at 1:00 AM and you cant find anything good to eat ?

One time I really wanted something sweet, so I made cookies. I had no idea what I was puting in them though, they tasted like crap. I advise never doing that. the end. haha,

i will either eat chips, a big scoop of peanut butter or just drink alot of water! if you drink enough water, you won't be hungry anymore...trust me! whistling.gif

go on a microwave/junkfood/candy hunt and flip out if i cant find anything...i take this pill that increases my appetite and i get these really weird food urges right after i take it, so i'm like always eating at 1 in the morning, taking food up to bed with me whistling.gif

Mix and match food. Peanut butter and jelly crackers, carrots dipped in vanilla icecream, whatever. And the ever popular Hot Pockets.

First off, it is unhealthy to have midnight snacks, after-midnight snacks, or before bedtime snacks.

But if you can't resist midnight snacking and what-not make sure whatever you are eating is healthy: crackers, fruits, granola, etc.

And OF COURSE, if you can't find anything to eat, it means you need to stalk up your pantry, & fridge all that jazz. laugh.gif

I would usually just find any kind of candy bar, a bag of chips, or maybe put together a bowl of cereal with ice cold milk.

Actually it's not unhealthy. Your body is metabolising 24/7, so it's okay. Anyway I'm always lazy and just eat cereal...I want a croissant with Alouette spread...D=!
