Bush pisses me off. He says that illegals will have a chance at citizenship, but that they'll have to "get in the back of the line." THEY'RE NOT EVEN INCREASING THE EFFING QUOTA.

I'll use an analogy. That's like saying there's 5000 people waiting outside a movie theater with 1000 seats, and those 5000 people bought tickets. But then the theater wants 10,000 more people to get in the back of the line, and they'd eventually be able to get into the theater without a ticket. You're saying that Mexicans have been here forever, and they're not a threat, but that isn't the point at all. For as long as illegal immigrants have been in the US, they all have been BREAKING the law.

Am I blind, or are you unclear? You said that us lazy legal immigrants don't care much for work. I don't quite support the argument that illegals take away jobs, but I do understand it. If you were a contractor and you can hire an illegal immigrant to work for less than minimum wage and get away with it, would you hire a legal immigrant and pay minimum wage? No, you wouldn't. The older generations that came to America can't find jobs as easily as us younger ones, and it can be as hard for them to find a job as it is for an illegal to find a job. Really, to say that we're complaining... you're very one-sided, not supporting both at all.
