I wasn't sure where to put this but:

I'm not sure why, but my computer won't let me see pictures/videos.
I can see certain types, but no music will play or anything like that.
I tried downloading a flash player, but that did nothing. Is there anything else I should download?

Have u scanned for AdAware and Spyware and stuff. I don’t that is the problem, you could try though. Also, do your parents run any kind of parental controls and such?

BTW, I know someone will post it. But getting FireFox will NOT fix it.

I'd be willing to bet it's a codec issue.

Can you play any videos properly? And which types don't play correctly? (Take note of the file extensions.)

Hm, I do run virus scans. Nope, no parent controls.
I was thinking I need some kind of Adobe thing? I'm not even really sure what that is I'm so clueless.
I can't listen to music on purevolume or myspace, the players just come up with a red x, like the pictures do. I've only tired jpg and png. Jpg will work, but png won't.

And

Retrogressive's
signature won't show up. Red x. or maybe it's supposed to be like that?! But, I don't think so.

Hrm, no it's not.

How old is your computer? Do you have flash player? Quicktime?

I hope someone can get this problem fixed for you, it probably ruins the internet for you. =(

I use IE, and I've never had any problems with that kind of stuff. o.O So, I dont think it's the browser. And I don't think you need an Adobe product, either. I dont have any of those. Not sure how to solve it, though..Wish I did. >.<
