No, my friend got hers while she was 14.
Doesn't it have something to do like, when your mom got it?  Well, I got mine at 12, almost 2 years ago.

I think it was like 12 going on 13.... not sure. Craps suck. even to this day.
 i hate having my "rag" but someday it will come in handy for reproducing.

i got mine when i was 11 and i was soo mad! My mom said that the less athletic you are, the sooner it comes. My mom got it when she was 14, because she was really athletic. And my cousin didn't get hers until she was 15, cuz she's really athletic, too. So if you're like a sporty person, then it makes sense.

my dads birthday
 i was 10 or 11. it sucked balls, but then we went to olive garden, so i was happy. until I put the pad on wrong before bed and it stained the mattress
