can you guys name any odd fears?
here's a couple...pretty common though... like claustrophobia ((fear of enclosed areas)) and acrophobia ((fear of heights)) and agoraphobia ((fear of being helpless in an embarrassing situation, esp. dealing with open or public places)) |

i have a fear of holes... not like really big ones.. but tiny little ones.. it creeps me out! oo and my bro... he has a fear of fake butterflies... yeh we're wierd

I fear windows at night.. My bro's friend was so mean and knocked on my window (on the 2nd story) at 11:30 pm. Everyone in the house was sleepin and I was all alone in my room. I was gonna open the window and push him off the roof!
I'm also afraid of the dark, bugs, heights.. I'm a little claustrophobic, but I'm also afraid of large areas. And I'm afraid of being alone, dying, having other people die, my computer breaking, etc.. There are people that fear balloons, cotton, tin foil, and cats. One type of phobia I REALLY despise(but I don't have): Homophobia. People who are afraid of gays. That's just stupid. |

well, i don't think this is odd really, but being alone the rest of my life. and that includes pretty much all relationships. friends, family, love, etc...
but i'm also afraid that i'll become an alchoholic. this one might be considered weird.... getting pregnant at a young age. i love sex, can't live without it. but i'm twelve. what if i got pregnent. *oh no!*

im afraid of..dont laugh.. the inside of toilets! i dunno why but when i look inside them it just gives me the chills..my dad wanted me to help him fix the toilet and i was like no way!

I hate lying on my back and looking at the sky. I always feel like I'm going to float away and no one will be able to catch me. As stupid as that sounds. Yeah, I aviod looking up and the sky and lying down at the same time.

I read a book once where the main character became autophobic. Her best friend was agorophobic. Her friend's psychiatrist had brain washed her and such. It was pretty interesting. It was called False Memory.

Arachnophobic here. DANG! I hate spiders.
And really, any bug with a lot of legs freaks me out. There was this massive bug with like a million legs (not a centipede) and It was above my bed at like 12:30 AM and I woke my brother up to kill it.  *cringes* And I have a little bit of Claustraphobia. I hate closed in spaces. I could NEVER go spelunking. Afraid of getting stuck in the cave. All those tight spaces...*shivers* Also I have a fear of heights, but I dunno the technical term. It makes my knees weak to look down from up high. *shivers one more time*

im scared of cars....like when i was little i had reoccuring nightmares about me being left alone in a car on the highway.....and my friend tried to sike a car on his bike and it hit him and a tree fell on my friends car while we were in it...so sometimes if the roads busy, i keep my eyes closed while my dads driving....
and i hate it when my closets left open in my room at night..i feel like somethings gonna come out and get me... |
