Sometimes it's better to go with how you feel than what your brain tells you. Like when I first slept with my current lover. It was fast and all the signs pointed to no and I was thinking, "He's just going to use me, after this we're not going to see each other again. All he wants is sex, he doesn't want to be with me. He's going to block my screenname and ignore my calls after this," etc etc. But I just when with what felt right and hey, we're still together after almost 8 months <3 |

CMON DO IT FOLLOW YOUR HEART, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT!!!! |

for me, it means go over every angle and drive myslef crazy
 But thats my way of making sure Ive thought out every possiblity and I usually end up making a good choice because i pick what i felt was the right thing to do. I guess follow ur heart means to not make decisions so quickly, think things out and if something just doesn't feel quite, right...well, theres something wrong so u need to figure it out and be honest about ur feelings. |

No. You have to use your head in situations. Your wisdome does not come from your heart. And I think that expression just involves the emotion or feeling of love or lust or whatnot, so really it all involves your head. You can't go into a situation saying that 'I'm going to follow my heart' when it comes to a relationship. Relationships are, I would say, more trust than love. Yeah, you can love the person, but you might not always trust them. Love is not some magical thing that makes you stay all high on life or gives you butterflies. It's not following your heart either. Screw that phrase. It sucks. I've never used it and I think it's gay. Gay people should be the only ones who use it. Then get AIDS. Haha. I think you'll like that one Josh.

Don't worry about every single little thing that could go wrong, to the point where you are just coming up with stuff that would probably never happen. Just go with what you know and do what you want to do, and what you think is right.

well this is just me:
but it means follow what your heart feels is the right path. your mind looks at things in every angle to see what it can do. when you follow your heart, theres no second thoughts. its like in movies, run for that girl you love before she leaves, thats following your heart and then it can be like dont follow her! she has STD's! thats wut your mind would say XD sorry for the weird reply just in a rush :D |
