I like the overall idea, but some of the things in the header don't fit in with it. I would make your divs the same width as the header image but if not its fine. The titles for the left side tables don't fit the overall layout but its not bad. So yea not bad.

yeah, i changed it becuase i felt the same about the main image, its much more simple now, and i changed the colors, etc.
same concept though |
