Conflicting codes, Hide Friends Vs Table Borders Options

I'm trying to add a border around my "About Me:" section and one around my "Who I'd Like to Meet / Comments", but I'm also using a code to hide my friends list. When I use the code to add a border to my sections it also adds a border to my friends list which makes it visibile (just the border where the friendlist was).

The code I'm using to hide my friends list is:
