I plan to make a layout out of this, but I feel like something's missing.

I'm going for the simple, minimalist look.
I don't know.

What do you think?

It could use some more brushwork over top of the images. Maybe pick a cooler font for "decaelegance," you know, something with a bit more pizzazz than TNR.

If you were trying for a simple, minimalist look, the brushes you chose are really not the ones you should have used. For one thing, those kind of brushes arent really "simple" and "minimalistic". The imagw quality is terrible. The pictures look a bit rough around the edges. The font for "decaelegance" is really pixelly, and why on earth is half of it under that box? Bring it on top. The image lying horizontally across the box could have some more cropping done to it. The two images with the tape on the corners looks tacky, and doesnt look good where it is.

Overall, when I look at this, it doesnt seem as though you spent long on it. It is possible to have a nice, simple, minimal layout, but it doesnt mean you don't spend lots of time on it either. Maybe this is a "work in progress" but so far, it's not good progress. I suggest you re-think some of the brush choices you made. It needs some work, but I'm sure you can do it.

The cutouts of the pictures need some serious reconstruction. They are really jagged and it doesnt match the simplicity of the layout. You need a smoother transition from the pictures to the background, maybe some brushes behind would help?

I don`t like how the pictures are cut.I think you should cut it all the way so there isn`t a background.
