Do you have suggestions, complaints, or compliments as to how the moderator staff is performing? Voice your opinions here.

Make this thread helpful for the mods.

Mods are members, also. So member bashing is not allowed, as always. Don't make it a personal vendetta, please. Keep the bashing at 0%, please.

Any moderator has the right to close and unpin this thread at the signs of bashing, pointlessness, and/or any other guideline breaker.

I do hope this works out. I want to stress that this is not the place for personal attacks. If you really have to, keep it in the PM system between you and the mod. This thread is here to help mods work better with members.

That chick "the confession" or whatever the hell her name is, is a biatch. How did she get the moderator position?

Anyway, if she "suspected" that my myspace layout was made from a "generator" she shouldn't have been a condescending bitch about it. And of course, it was not made from a generator, so I don't appreciate her ridiculous accusations. She also accused me of not having made the layout. If she could read, she'd know that I designed it, and my brother, LoudSur13, coded it.

Maybe you guys should think twice about appointing an illiterate, condescending bitch as one of the staff members.

It appears as if she was simply acting as a mod does. With all the myspace codes out there she may have spoken too quickly, but then she apologized... then you guys ripped her apart and she still didn't lose her head about it. The best of CB's mods have that admirable qaulity of admiting when they are wrong, and keeping their heads cool in situations such as this.

Anyway, I don't think those two posts should condemn her to HELL. It appears she made a mistake, apoligized for it, and then tried to give modly advice. It was her opinion. I don't see where she completely degraded you or LoudSur13, tried to ruin your face, or said anything else besides things to defend herself.

Obviously this is only my conclusion. The evidence is all there and it is meaningless to discuss it further without more staff.

I just read the myspace topic and Elba, I'm sorry but your brother is an ass. Was the "white bitch, bitch, f**king bitch" and all the stupid insults really necessary? Obviously, Holly made a mistake but she apologised. You guys didn't need to bash or insult her for that.

Thanks to this topic, I've got high respect for her. The way she handled it was GREAT and yes, she deserves to be a moderator. I actually wish most mods were like her.

I agree with Libi and Sandra about Holly, she is an awesome mod.
and I dont mind the way she types hahahah. I think Elba and her brothers outburst is biased, for the fact that if that layout had been made/for someone else and Holly had said that, they wouldnt have cared.
