Interesting.
I've done this on Valentine's Day. I only did it because I planned to a week or two in advance. The large amount of snow was a huge surprise. I was only outside for 10 minutes at most though because the guy I'm still seeing picked me up. I changed into pants when I went home though. Hey! It wouldn't let me vote =( Or maybe I voted awhile ago... |

stupid, but more than half of the girls in my school do in the winter time, since i go to a catholic school, and the girls in my school think the skirts look better than pants so they wear it, but i don't :).

Depends. If a girl is wearing a completely tiny outfit when it's cold, then yes they're stupid. A short skirt + cute sweater = nice outfit. It just depends. You can tell which girls are the stupid ones anyways.
