Google is one of the most successful businesses in the tech world. It always amazes me, though, that they made such a profitable business from mere advertising, because when I am doing Google searches, I never click on the advertisements that are posted to the page, nor do I ever click on the advertisements on many sites (such as these forums) that are delivered by Google's ad engines. What about you: Do you ever click on the ads supplied by Google on their search results page or other sites that use Google ads?

I have a Firefox extension that gets rid of the ads on search results, but before..
Rarely. I clicked on them before I knew they were sponsored, and then only accidentally. I never click on the links on sites, as well. |

I rarely ever click advertisements, including the ones on Google, Xanga, Myspace or cB. I don't think I ever clicked a advertisement actually
 .

Nope, never have.
I have accidently clicked on some though when im in a rush and click all over the place.. haha. I got called click-happy once cause of it..

If I'm bored, sometimes I click an ad, but never to buy or subscribe to anything. |

Well...yeah. Lol. I think I'm the only one. I think about how some people on websites are payed by an advertising agency by price per click, so I just try to help them out and click the stupid ad
 Does createblog use the price per click program? I better start clicking

Rarely. One time I went crazy and clicked as many Google ads as I could on cB to help Jusun out, although it probably is very little.

 i clicked on a smiley central one, and i was retarded enough to download it, and now our old computer is screwed up.

eh, i usually dont but every once in a while one will peak my interest. And I now know many of them are pay per click, and Id like it if people clicked on my ads if I had a site.
