Well I'm about 5'4 and i'm like 110 pounds... I don't no how much i can bench but i can do like 160 push ups and 11 pull ups. and I can do 5 minutes of the flaming chariot! huh.gif _dry.gif pinch.gif

Deadlift: dont do them
Squats: 435 (10 reps, dont max out normally)
Bench Press: 300 pounds (maxed out about two weeks ago)
Pull ups? only like 11

i play football, and im a lineman who lost WEIGHT, but not weights.....get what i mean? i was 270 pounds over the summer, and i lost 45 pounds in 5 months, enough said lol.
