Back in Newport, Ryan drives Volchok to a neighbor's house in order to steal a car. The cops are bearing down at this takes place, though, and chase the V-Man down the street as Ryan flees. He somehow thinks they may still be after him and therefore tells Marissa to help him with an alibi. In a story line that might make a tad more sense, Seth is very, very angry at Sandy. So he smokes pot again in the Newport Group office before picking up a painting for his father (who is being honored at a party as Newport Man of the Year). When the formerly funny, often annoying character goes to leave, however, his doobie falls into the garbage can. A fire ensues because the sprinkler system must have broken in a previous episode. We end this nauseatingly boring hour with Sandy's speech at the gathering - he actually turns down the honor because he wants to be more of a family man. Just when it seems as though the Cohens are gonna be okay, the police come and arrest Seth for arson. In the process, they set a record for fastest arson investigation of all time. The O.C. finale: Someone will die. When the season finale of The O.C. airs on May 18, viewers will be in for a big surprise: a main character will die! Although Peter Gallagher (Sandy Cohen) has been pegged as the doomed star in some reports, In Touch has learned that Mischa Barton (Marissa Cooper) could be the one leaving. Both have expressed interest in pursuing other opportunities -- Peter wants to return to stage work, having tired of the daily grind of a TV show, while Mischa is reportedly looking for movie roles. Death scenes for both characters were shot in mid April, but the actors themselves don't even know who will be axed! Producers filmed five different endings to keep everyone guessing. O.C. publicist Jason Clark refused to comment on the rumors but tells In Touch that viewers will "have to watch The O.C. to find out." Someone else dies? Ugh, i would hate if Marissa died. Meaning her and Ryan could never get back together, meaning I would probably not watch the show anymore.

Absoloutly ridiculous. See if i watch next season. I think they killed the OC now. Actually I'll watch next season cuz I want to see how Ryan reacts to all of this... So i'll watch the first episode or something. One of the only things that has kept me watching this show was the thought of ryan and marissa getting back together...or staying together for that matter.. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
