Though i'm somewhat of a newb at vexels (I've made a couple, but never finished any), I'm curious what you start vectoring/vexeling first.
For some reason, I start with the eyes. Then the skin, the hair, and the other things (like lips, clothing, whatever else there is left...) Is this even in the right forum?  EDIT: Aw crap I spelled vector wrong on the poll

You shouldn't start with the eyes. You can't shade the skin around the eye properly until you get the skin. Usually though, I start with either the hair or the skin.

It's a bad habit of mine, but if I start with the hair or skin, I get really impatient or just don't finish it  so I'm a start-anywhere-but-the-skin/hair kind of person
