.. i had to come back and explian my answer better
because someone got on my case about it I find sex to be over rated in some ways and i don't in others. I do find it to be over rated when people just do it because other people are doing it. Just for like brownie points and not have any emotional attachment what so ever. rather annoying.. and I don't find it to be over rated because I mean if your trying to have a kid or something then it can't be over rated and if you love the person and your doing it for the right reasons and you've talked about it and such and know the responsibilties of having sex then i don't find it over rated.. i think i could have explained that better but its 3 am.. |

I think it's a wonderful thing if you're doing it right, with the right person. Not necessarily with "the one" or your soulmate or anything, though knowing that person actually is "the one" certainly wouldn't hurt the situation, but nevertheless someone you trust completely and won't regret anything after it's already happened.

I'm going to have to disagree with most of you. I think sex is overrated. We all know, or atleast alot of us, should know that a majority of guys do make sex overrated. I mean that'swhat they talk about. We talk about clothes and fashion and boys. Guys talk about sex and pulling girls. Don't get me wrong. Not all guys are like this. But I do wish decent guys were easier to find. |

I think it is even if sex with my partner is GREAT! But mainly I think it's overrated because a lot of my friends make a big deal out of it. Like its the BEST thing in the WORLD. Like nothing can top it EVER. I dont think that's true. Sure sex is healthy & good for you & releases all these chemicals that do all these good things, but its not the BEST thing in the WORLD.
Then again, I've had some shitty partners until now, so that could be part of my reason too. But mostly because I'm so tired of hearing my friends complain about how they dont get sex! Go masturbate & quit complaining!  Its really not that serious!
